How To Tap
If you’re feeling stressed:
1) Focus on the stressful issue that’s bothering you.
2) Rate the intensity from 0 to 10.
3) Tap on the side of the hand while repeating a Set Up Statement like, “Even though, I feel stressed, I accept myself as much as I can.” Repeat this 3 times.
4) Then tap through each point beginning at the top of the head while repeating the reminder phrase 'feel stressed' and thinking about the issue.
5) Once you have finished tapping under the arm, take a breath and check in with how you feel.
6) Rate your intensity again form 0 to 10. Often you will feel a significant reduction in your stress.
7) You can do as many rounds as you see fit.
