How To Tap
If you’re feeling stressed:
1) Focus on the stressful issue that’s bothering you. For example 'I'm worried about making this decision.'
2) Rate the intensity from 0 to 10. '0' being calm to '10' being completely overwhelmed.
3) Tap on the side of your hand while repeating a Set Up Statement like, “Even though, I'm worried about making this decision, I accept myself as much as I can.” Repeat this 3 times.
4) Then tap through each point beginning at the top of the head while repeating the reminder phrase 'all this worry' and thinking about the issue.
5) Once you have finished tapping under the arm, take a breath and check in with how you feel.
6) Rate your intensity again from 0 to 10. Often you will feel a reduction in your stress.
7) You can do as many rounds as you see fit.
