Hi I'm Will.

I work with capable professionals who notice that pressure changes how they communicate, decide, or respond in important moments.

My work focuses on reducing the internal pressure that makes those moments harder than they need to be.

Will is an accredited EFT Practitioner with AEFTP and trained with Deborah Lindsey at the Center for EFT Studies.

My work sits at the intersection of pressure, communication, and what helps capable professionals respond clearly when it matters most.

Before working full-time with EFT, I followed a varied path. I’ve worked in corporate and government roles, taught English overseas, run my own trade business, and spent years navigating the practical realities of responsibility, uncertainty, and leadership. Since 2018, I’ve also taught meditation and breathwork.

Across those different environments, I noticed a consistent pattern. When expectations increased or visibility rose, stress rarely showed up as panic. Instead, it appeared more quietly as overthinking, second-guessing, holding back, or communicating differently than I intended.

Meditation and breathwork helped me manage stress overall, but they didn’t always change what happened in the moment - during conversations, decisions, or situations where others were looking to me for direction.

That’s what led me to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

What stood out was that EFT worked directly with the stress response itself. Rather than analysing the problem or trying to “be more confident,” it allowed me to reduce the physical stress that was changing how I communicated and responded in important moments. As that pressure settled, clarity returned. Decisions felt simpler.

Action felt less loaded.

Over time, that changed how I approached work, leadership, and difficult moments. I became more willing to step forward, make decisions, and take risks - without forcing myself through tension or self pressure.

Today, I work with professionals who recognise this same pattern in themselves: capable, thoughtful people who notice that under pressure they communicate differently than they intend, overthink decisions, or hold back in moments that matter.

The goal isn’t to change who you are.

It’s to reduce the internal pressure that gets in the way of clear communication, decision-making, and action.
